How to order

Once we have received your preliminary request by fax or email, we will present you with a personalized proposal as soon as possible.

It is important to keep in mind that alabaster is a natural stone that is tremendously unpredictable. Each stone can, in fact, have veining that differs in tone and conformation, which therefore makes it impossible to create exact replicas of the objects presented in our catalogue, except of course for the form, measurements and general characteristics of the piece.

Delivery times

Should you choose to accept our proposal we ask that you send us a deposit payment (or payment in full, depending on the agreement made, within 30/60 days), at which point alab'Arte will begin work on the piece(s) requested. Once finished, the piece(s) will be sent to the address you provide us with. The amount of time needed to complete and ship the piece(s) depends on the availability of the appropriate type of stone, and the characteristics of the piece(s) requested.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on various factors such as:

• actual weight
• destination

The clients will be informed of the exact amount due for shipping upon receiving the proposal.
